I can confirm that my Docking station for my TX that has a working audio out jack on it (on the dock), and only connects to the TX using the Hotsync plug, thus The TX does have audio outputs pins

The L and R pins on the TX’s connector are of course for left and right stereo. They MAY be the same as the pins going to the TX’s audio out jack, I don’t know.
They cannot be the same as the connections going to the internal speaker simply because the internal speaker only has two terminals and thus is a mono audio device, as most all individual speakers are. Both the L and R signal lines need to work against Analog Ground and not against each other, therefore connecting L and R to the two terminals of a single voice coil speaker would work very poorly.
